Users List

Use Admin -> Users to search by email and open user records.

Per-User Controls

On each user detail page you can:

• change plan,
• grant/debit credits,
• impersonate,
• promote/demote admin.

Plan/credit controls are intentionally per-user to reduce manual ID-entry mistakes.

Credit Adjustments

Use negative values to debit credits. Always include a clear reason for auditability.

Operational Safety

• Use impersonation only for support/debug.
• Review audit log for sensitive actions.
• Keep at least one verified admin account at all times.
