Legal, Privacy, and Refunds
This page is the operating policy for Kvasyr Cloud.
By creating an account, generating API keys, or using the hosted service at
app.kvasyr.com, you agree to the terms below.
Service Scope
Kvasyr Cloud provides managed EVM event indexing, webhook delivery, account management, API key management, and related billing/account features.
The service is intended for legitimate product, developer, and business use.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Kvasyr Cloud to:
- violate law or third-party rights
- attack, overload, or interfere with blockchain infrastructure, webhook destinations, or Kvasyr itself
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, API keys, sessions, or stored data
- send abusive, deceptive, or unlawful webhook traffic through the platform
You are responsible for:
- keeping your account credentials and API keys secure
- operating webhook endpoints you control
- verifying that your downstream use of blockchain/event data complies with your own legal and product obligations
We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that create operational risk, security risk, payment risk, or abuse risk.
Billing Terms
- Paid plans are recurring subscriptions.
- Monthly fees are billed in advance for the current billing period.
- Canceling stops renewal for the next billing period; cancellation does not retroactively unwind the current active period.
- Mid-cycle plan changes may change plan features immediately, while credit pool resets continue to follow the billing-cycle behavior described in Managing Account and Credits.
- Free-tier access, manual credits, custom pricing, or self-hosted terms may be changed separately from standard self-serve plans.
Refund Policy
As a default policy, Kvasyr Cloud subscription charges are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
We will review refund requests for:
- duplicate charges
- clear billing mistakes
- charges for a plan that was not actually provisioned
- legally required refund situations
Refund requests should be made promptly after the charge appears. If a refund is approved, access, credits, or subscription state may be adjusted to match the refunded amount.
Privacy Summary
To operate Kvasyr Cloud, we may process:
- account data such as email address and verification state
- authentication data such as password hashes, session hashes, and reset or verification token hashes
- API key metadata and hashed key material
- subscription configuration, webhook destinations, delivery attempts, billing events, and operational logs
- usage and product telemetry needed to operate, secure, and improve the service
This data is used to:
- provide the service
- secure accounts and detect abuse
- process billing and support requests
- diagnose failures and maintain reliability
Third-party processors may include infrastructure, CDN/security, billing, and email providers used to run the hosted service.
Data Retention
- Delivery and event retention depend on your plan and product settings.
- Operational logs and billing/account records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, accounting, and support purposes.
- We may keep limited records after deletion or cancellation where reasonably required for legal, tax, security, abuse-prevention, or backup/recovery reasons.
Security and Availability
Kvasyr Cloud is provided on a best-effort basis. We work to keep the service available and secure, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
You should treat webhook delivery, event storage, and billing access as production systems and monitor them accordingly.
Changes
We may update this page as the product, pricing, legal posture, or operational requirements change. Continued use of Kvasyr Cloud after an update means you accept the revised policy.
